As a small scale hobbyist, we're allowed more time and interaction with all our babies. They're also exposed to children, pets, different sounds & surroundings. This means they come to you happy and well socialized!

It all started Christmas 2007, my husband bought me two little Hedgies and I thought...."What in the world am I suppose to do with a ball full of quills?!" "Gee, thanks" I replied back with a smart smile, "hope they don't stab me to death!" Two weeks later they were following me around the house, had me rubbing their little tummies and had become such a big part of the family that we wouldn't know what to do without their funny little faces! I was totally hooked, and then I got my nearest and dearest hooked right along with me! Hedgies make GREAT family pets, they're low maintenance, easy to care for and full of side splitting laughter!  Our babies come with a Hedgie Gift Bag, several weeks of Starter Food, all natural Hedgie Snack, Hedgie Sleeping Bag, a matching pair of Hedgie Mitts and a small Gift! Pedigrees are available upon request free of charge. Need supplies? Hedgehog Ranch has all the supplies you need as well as complete set ups! We also provide after support via email for any of your Hoglet questions and concerns! When you come to pick up your new Hoglet, please plan to spend some time with us getting to know your Hedgie, practicing handling techniques and discussing care so you and your new Hegdie are more comfortable with each other!
